In order to engage in the previous visit and the inauguration, it is essential to register the journalists in attendance from today until Thursday, February 7 at 12 pm through the email address: To attend the event, journalist must provide: name, media company, ID number and contact information.

After the media visit of the facilities, non-graphic journalists will be able to follow the opening ceremony on a closed-circuit television in a media room equipped for this purpose, while the graphic journalists will be able to follow the opening act.
